Welcome to Collaborative Practice of Monterey County. Collaborative Practice of Monterey County was formed in 2005 by professionals experienced in working with divorcing families. After seeing first hand the long term financial and emotional costs of litigated divorce, we came to realize that a different approach is needed. Our members have been specially trained to help divorcing couples achieve settlement in a safe, non-adversarial environment.
